5-) Tasfiye Memurlarının tasfiye halinde ibaresi ile başlayan ünvan altında düzenlenmiş imza beyannamesi
- Tasfiye girişinin tescili sonrasında Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde alacaklılara çağrıya ait ilanın yapılması gereklidir. Bu yapılmadığı takdirde tasfiye süresinin uzaması durumu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Memurluğumuzda bulunan ilan formları kaşe ve tasfiye memurlarının müşterek imzası ile ilana verilmelidir.
