2-) Genel kurul Kararı (noter onaylı-1 nüsha) Hazirun cetveli. Genel kurul tutanağı yerine Ortaklar kurulu kararı ibraz edilmişse hazirun cetveline gerek bulunmamaktadır.
- Dikkat: TTK 623/1 gereği şirket ortaklarından en az birinin sınırsız olarak yönetim hakkına ve temsil yetkisine sahip müdür olması gereklidir.
