3-) Tasfiyeden dönülmesine ilişkin Genel kurul karar defterinden noter onaylı toplantı tutanağı (1 nüsha)
4-) Hazirun cetveli
5-) Şirket malvarlığının pay sahipleri arasında dağıtımına henüz başlanmadığına dair tasfiye memurları tarafından hazırlanan rapor
